Rachel, owner of The Rose Shed, is a wedding and event florist whose work is rooted in thoughtful design and a deeply personal client experience. As her business evolved, Rachel needed a system that could support her enquiries, bookings and workflows without feeling restrictive or overly complex.

Together, we created a fully bespoke Dubsado setup tailored to the way Rachel actually works — mapping out her client journey from initial enquiry through to booking and beyond. Every workflow, form and automation was built with intention, ensuring her processes feel seamless for clients while significantly reducing manual admin behind the scenes.

With my background as a florist, I was able to design a system that reflects the realities of a floral business — from seasonal enquiries to bespoke wedding proposals — resulting in a Dubsado setup that feels intuitive, flexible and genuinely supportive of Rachel’s day-to-day work.

The outcome is a streamlined, professional backend system that saves time, improves consistency, and allows Rachel to focus on what she does best: creating beautiful flowers for her clients.
