Absolutely. This is a done-for-you service designed for business owners who don’t enjoy admin or tech. I handle the setup and provide a clear handover so you feel confident using your new system without feeling overwhelmed.

I’m not very tech-confident. Is this still right for me?

I work primarily with florists and creative business owners — especially those in the wedding and events industry. This means your workflows are designed around real-life booking processes, not generic templates.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

No — you don’t need a Dubsado account set up in advance. I can guide you through creating one, or work within your existing account if you already have one.

Do I need to already be using Dubsado?

Yes. I’m happy to collaborate with your web designer (or work alongside your existing website setup) to ensure enquiry forms, schedulers and workflows integrate smoothly.

Can you work with my website or web designer?

Yes. Your proposals, contracts and invoices will be styled to reflect your branding, creating a professional and seamless experience for your clients.

Will my Dubsado be customised to my brand?

You’ll receive a clear off-boarding guide and a handover call where I walk you through your new system. You’ll also have 30 days of email support to help you settle in and ask questions.

What happens once the setup is complete?

This package includes tailored workflows for up to three services. If you need additional workflows, we can add these on — just let me know and I’ll provide a custom quote.

What if I offer more than three services?

No — your Dubsado subscription is paid directly to Dubsado. This investment covers the setup, strategy, customisation and support.
