The Website Clarity Review is a thoughtful, in-depth evaluation of your existing website — designed to uncover where small, intentional improvements can create a stronger client experience.

It’s ideal for creative business owners who feel something isn’t quite working, but aren’t ready for a full redesign. Whether your messaging feels unclear, enquiries have slowed, or you simply want reassurance that your website is supporting your growth, this review provides practical, prioritised recommendations you can confidently implement.

Wherever your website is built — Showit, Squarespace, Wix or WordPress — the focus is on clarity, structure and strategy, not the platform itself.

The Website Clarity Review

View What’s Included

Areas where visitors may feel confused, overwhelmed or unsure what to do next are identified and refined.

We review clarity, tone and alignment — ensuring your value is communicated clearly and confidently.

Navigation, page hierarchy and content flow are assessed to ensure visitors can move through your site with ease and intention.

Your review goes beyond surface-level feedback. Each section of your website is assessed strategically — considering clarity, user experience, brand alignment and enquiry flow.

What’s Included in Your Review

Strategic Structure Review

Messaging & Positioning

User Experience & Friction Points

Your contact forms, calls-to-action and booking journey are reviewed to ensure enquiries feel seamless.

Enquiry Pathway

Colour contrast, spacing, hierarchy and readability are considered to improve overall usability.

Accessibility & Readability

You’ll receive annotated screenshots and clear, prioritised recommendations so you know exactly what to address first.

Marked-Up Feedback & Prioritised Action Plan

This review is ideal if:

• You feel something isn’t quite working on your website, but you can’t pinpoint what
• Enquiries have slowed or feel inconsistent
• You’re unsure whether you need a redesign or just refinement
• You’ve DIY’d your site and want expert reassurance
• You want clear direction before investing in bigger changes

It’s not about tearing everything down — it’s about strengthening what you already have with thoughtful, strategic adjustments.

Sometimes the smallest refinements create the biggest shifts.

QUESTIONS

Once booked, reviews are typically delivered within 7–10 working days. This ensures your website is given thoughtful, considered attention.

How long does the review take?

You’ll receive detailed, annotated screenshots of your website along with clear written recommendations and a prioritised action plan. Everything is designed to be practical and straightforward to implement.

What will I actually receive?

Not necessarily. In many cases, small, intentional refinements can make a significant difference. If a redesign would genuinely serve you better, I’ll explain why — but the purpose of this review is to strengthen what you already have wherever possible.

Will this just tell me I need a full redesign?

No. The Website Clarity Review is available for websites built on any platform, including Showit, Squarespace, Wix and WordPress. The focus is on clarity, structure and strategy — not the platform itself.

Do I need to be on Showit to book a review?

Absolutely. Many clients book a review after building their own website and simply want expert reassurance and strategic guidance before making further changes.

Is this suitable if I’ve DIY’d my website?

If you later choose to invest in a full website design project with Rebecca Hobbs Studio, the £250 review fee will be credited toward your build.

What if I decide to move forward with a full website build?

I would recommend Rebecca Hobbs a million times, her knowledge of the wedding and flower industry is undeniable, but her understanding of branding and aesthetics and what sells would work across all creative businesses, not just flowers and the wedding industry, her eye for detail is superb

Jo Williams

The real advantage of working with Becci is that, as a florist herself, she truly understands the inner workings of my business. This allowed her to create a completely unique, practical and workable system tailored specifically to how I operate.
