nspired by Jo’s authentic, passionate and romantic approach to floral design, this project focused on creating a brand and online presence that truly reflects the heart of Issy & Bella Floral Design — seasonally led florals, British-grown beauty and a warm, approachable experience for couples.
Jo originally came to me for support with Dubsado. Her system had been built previously but, without any training or guidance, it had never been used. At the same time, Jo was in the middle of a rebrand and new website build with another designer. My initial role was to rebuild her Dubsado setup so it worked in alignment with the way her business actually runs.
As we began working together — through regular Zoom calls, phone conversations and a detailed walk-through of Jo’s client journey — it became clear that the wider brand and website no longer felt right for her. Jo shared that she wasn’t confident with tech and wanted someone who could explain things clearly, work collaboratively, and offer ongoing reassurance. At that point, she asked me to step in and take over the branding and website as well.
Working closely together, we created a refined yet welcoming brand identity, a custom Showit website, and a fully aligned Dubsado system — all designed to support Jo’s creativity, professionalism and dependable approach. Our process included multiple Zoom meetings, phone calls, and an in-person handover to ensure everything felt manageable and intuitive. I remain on hand for continued support whenever Jo needs it.
Visually, the brand draws inspiration from Jo’s seasonally led floral style — garden bouquets, botanical sketches, watercolour textures and the gentle movement of natural arrangements. A soft, summer-inspired colour palette, calm pastels and elegant typography were used to create a brand that feels serene, romantic and timeless, while still grounded in professionalism.
The result is a cohesive, beautifully considered brand and online home that showcases Jo’s artistry, highlights her commitment to quality and sustainability, and invites couples into a floral experience that feels authentic, romantic and deeply personal to Issy & Bella.
